The <br />Council supports Chatham County's use of OWASA owned land to draw water from Jordan Lake, <br />provided such use is compatible with OWASA's long-term plans. The Council also encourages all <br />users and potential users of Jordan Lake water to initiate a study and long-term plan to preserve Jordan <br />Lake's water quality. <br />Please let us know how if you have any questions regarding the Council's position on this item. <br />sincerely, <br />Rosemary I.
