This is a reduction of $9,385. The reduction is primarily due to a cut in <br />school health funds. School health funds were cut due to the inception of NC Health Choice. <br />School health funds in prior years were used to provide vision care and dental health for children <br />who did not qualify for Medicaid but were eligible for the reduced school lunch program.
