19 <br />3. TASC will attend staffings and conferences with First Step Sanctions Center staff as <br />scheduled. <br />4. The TCM will consult with First Step Sanctions Center staff if client begins to fail the <br />program, to discuss disposition and possible increase in sanctions. <br />5. The TCM will refer ull eligible i~.termediate sanctioned defendants to the First Step <br />Sanctions Center, and will monitor their compliance and progress. <br />6.
