` ~„ ~~` <br />2. Section 8 of the Amended Contract is amended by adding at <br />'. -the end thereof, the following: - <br />The Council shall meet monthly. Notice of the <br />` time and place of each meeting shall be given <br />to each member at least two weeks prior to said <br />meeting, except for special meetings. The <br />Chairman, any four members of the Council, may call <br />special meetings of the council upon at least six <br />(6) hours notice to each member- Notice may be <br />given to a member by direct telephone communication <br />with such member or by direct personal conversation <br />with such member or by written.natice to any member <br />not otherwise notified by serving such written <br />notice personally upon such member or by leaving <br />' such written notice at such member's residence or <br />business. A special meeting may be held at any <br />-- time without notice provided that all of the <br />?^9mbsrs of .tlz? Co~~ail a~rtend, <br />. It is further agreed by and between 'the parties hereto that said <br />original Contract, as amended on 10 April 1975, and 13 May 1976 <br />and hereby further amended, be and the same is hereby renewed and <br />extended without interruption for an additional period of time and <br />shall, unless further renewed as provided in Section 10 of said Amended <br />'.
