Each suc}a statement shall be signed by <br />the TENANT or if TENANT is a corporation then by <br />one of its principal officers, and if so re - <br />quested by LANDLORD such statements shall be <br />signed under oath.' Such Certified <br />Public Accountant shall be selected by and the <br />cost thereof shall be borne by TENANT. <br />USE OF PREMISES 7. The PREMISES during the TERM of this lease <br />shall be used and occupied solely for the <br />PURPOSE stated in Schedule A and TENANT shall - <br />not use ox permit the same to be used for any <br />other purpose or purposes without the prior <br />written consent of LANDLORD.
