X69 <br />g) Identification of Documents -- All reports, maps and <br />other documents completed as a part of this Agreement, other <br />than documents exclusively for internal use within the Planning <br />Agency, shall carry the following notation: <br />The prepara~ion of this report (map, document, <br />etc.) eras financed in part through a Comprehensive <br />Planning Grant from the Department of .fIousing and <br />lirizan Development. <br />10) Checkpoint Procedure (for projects entailing published <br />documents only) -- <br />A) The Local Government shall submit to the Planning <br />Agency five (5) copies of the preliminary draft <br />for any report, map, chart, or<~.other document <br />required by paragraph 7. <br />$) The Planning Agency shall send a written evaluation <br /> of the preliminary draft to the Local Government. <br />C) The Planning Agency evaluation and recommendations <br /> received from other review agencies and officials <br /> shall be considered when preparing the proposed <br /> final report. <br />D) The Local Government shall submit five (5) copies <br /> of the oroaosed final report and checkpoint review <br /> repot prwor to typing final. report on mats. The <br /> checkpoint _eview report shall. summarize the pro- <br /> ceedings ar.3 address itself to any questions raised <br /> by the checkpoint review process. <br />E) Idher. a written evaluation of the proposed final <br /> report has been received from the Planning Agency <br /> and such changes and additions as required by the ' <br /> Planning Agency have been made, the final report <br /> shall be printed. <br />F) All Draft.Reporzs shall be submitted to the Plan- <br />. ning Agency by the end of the third quarter. <br />11.)
