Contract #68-2001 <br />Northen Blue, L.L.P. <br />The Contractor shall be compensated at the hourly rate set forth in this contract for <br />attendance at programs meetings and seminars relating to Social Services law and for <br />any training provided to the Department's employees and shall be reimbursed for <br />lod~in~ and transportation necessary for attendance at those programs meeting` <br />seminars and presentations. <br />The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services of clerks and legal assistants hired to <br />assist the Contractor in the performance of the Contractor's duties to the County and the <br />cost of faxing telephone copying and postal expenses at a flat rate of $500 00/month <br />Related costs and expenses advanced by the Contractor on behalf of the County shall be <br />reimbursed to Contractor. <br />The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services of expert witnesses hired to assist the <br />Contractor in the performance of the Contractor's duties to the Count <br />F.
