<br />1. Please state your question or comment concerning Carolina Power and Light Company's (CP&L) application to
<br />expand its existing capacity to store spent nuclear fuel in fuel pools at its Shearon Harris plant and/or Orange County's
<br />decision to "intervene" in this matter. Intervention is the formal process by which Orange County has asked the
