Garrett, Chair <br />-- Betty June Hayes, Clerk <br />MINUTES <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF C0~2ISSIONERS <br />July 27, 1976 <br />The Orange County Board of Commissioners met on July 27, 1976, <br />ose of a Public Hearing on the Proposed 1976-1977 Secondary <br />for the pure <br />RoadTmp.rovement Program for Orange County. <br />Members present were Vice-Chairman Richard Whitted, Commissioners <br />Norman Gustavesan and Jan Pinney. <br />Members absent were Chairman Flora Garrett and Commissioner <br />Norman Walker. <br />Other present were S. M. Gattis, County Administrator and Betty <br />June Hayes, Clerk. <br />Representatives from the Department of Transportation were <br />F, D.
