Existing city <br />communication towers and the roof tops <br />of buildings can be used for antenna sites. <br />Parks, waste treatment facilities, schools, <br />and hospitals can also be used. <br />3.) How high must the antennas be <br />mounted? <br />Typical heights are generally 125' - 150'. <br />However, higher elevations may be <br />necessary. On the other hand, antennas have <br />sometimes been mounted on rooftops or <br />existing structures at lower elevations. <br />4.) How long will it take to install a <br />PCS system in our area? <br />Each PCS licensee has a different timetable <br />for the development of its system in your <br />area. We expect your market will be <br />substantially developed during the next five <br />(5) years. <br />5.) What is the typical lease term for <br />antenna sites? <br />Generally 20 - 25 years in 5 year segments. <br />10.)
