The joint staffs <br />were directed to confer on items needing additional clarification and report back. The joint planning <br />staffs met on April 13 to discuss the three primary and three secondary issues on the attached <br />outline of major issues. <br />Carrboro planning staff will address the primary issues noted on the Outline of Major Issues on <br />Apri120. Orange Countp planning staff will address the secondary issues which have been resolved <br />by exchange of information about existing and proposed ordinances. The attached response from <br />Carrboro addresses the secondary issues. <br />FINANCIAL IIVI)~ACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATON(S): The Administration recommends that the Boazd reach a decision on as <br />many aspects of the ordinance as possible. Any remaining issues can be concluded on May 4 <br />before the review extension deadline of May 14, 1999. <br />
