Remove the existing door, storm door, window, paneling, <br />carpet, ceiling file and closet door, base and crown mold. <br />2. Cover all surfaces Kilt. <br />3. Install'/. inch sheetrock an the walls. Flat tape the shcctrock <br />to the window tdm. Tape and fiinish the sheetrock smooth. <br />4. Install ~i inch sheetrock on the ceiling. Tape and findsh <br />the sheetrock smooth. <br />5. Install a six panel, metal insulated door unit with lockset and <br />deadbolt to be keyedthe same. Install peephole and colonial style <br />trim. Fur jamb as necessary. <br />6. Install an aluminum clad storm door. Door to have a <br />pneaumatie closure and vinyl sweep. ~• _ . <br />7. Install colonial style baseboard and casing. <br />8. Paint the ceiling with ceiling white latex paint, the walls <br />with flat latex and the trim with semigloss latex.
