Regarding the extra 2,000 students who might be in private housing, and the associated <br />growth in faculty and staff. We believe it is reasonable to expect that some of this <br />population will live in Chapel Hill, some in surrounding areas. We believe that the <br />segment of this population that would live in Chapel Hill could reasonably be considered <br />to be part of the growth that is already built into the growth assumptions of the <br />projections. <br />5 <br />
