Amendment to the Joint Planning Agreement -Creation of Northern Transition <br />Area Advisory Committee <br />"Advisory committees, such as the Northern Transition Area Advisory Committee <br />recommended in the Facilitated Small Area Plan for Carrboro's Northern Study <br />Area, maybe established in the Carrboro Joint Planning Transition Areas. <br />Advisory committee members shall be residents of the Carrboro Joint Planning <br />Transition Areas, a majority of whom are appointed by the Board of County <br />Commissioners, and shall serve in a planning advisory capacity to the Carrboro <br />Board of Aldermen. The composition, terms, duties, and responsibilities of this <br />advisory committee shall be specified in the Carrboro Land Use Ordinance and <br />become effective upon adoption by reference by Orange County as provided in <br />Section 2.1 C." <br />2.
