Board: <br />PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE <br />FIN11i~7CING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF THE LOCAL SHARE <br />OF THE COST OF PAVING NORTH CAROLINA STATE <br />ROADS ~ 1711, 1831, 1832 AND 1833 LOCATED <br />ZN ENO TOWNSFIIP, ORANGE COUNTX, NORTH CAROLINA. <br />WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange <br />County has elected to finance the local share of the cost of <br />paYring North Carolina State Roads n 1711, 1831, 1832, and 1833, <br />loca•tcd in Eno Township, Orange County, as permitted by North <br />Carolina General Statute § 153A-185(4) and as provided iol' i.rr - <br />North Carolina General Statute § 153A-205(a); - -- <br />IT IS FIEREBX RESOLVED THAT: <br />1. Orange County shall undertake the financing of <br />the local share of paving North Carolina State Roads r 1711, 1£' <br />1832 and 1833, located in Eno Township, Prange County, North Car <br />alines. <br />2. The basis far assessment for the loaal share of <br />the cost of this project shall be linear--faot-street--fxontage. <br />3. Orange County will assess the total local share <br />according to the basis set out in number (2) above. <br />4.
