All -other conditions and <br />descriptions remain the same. Please be reminded that bids will be opened and <br />read aloud on November 16, 2006 at 3:OOP.M. in the Housing and Corrmiunity <br />Development Department office at 300 'W. Tryon Street, Hillsborough, N.C. <br />27278. The changes are ss follows: <br />D. PLUMBING <br />2. Delete description and add as follows: <br />. Supply and install new concrete pad at rear exterior of house to <br />accommodate installation of new pre-fah metal water heater shed. <br />Supply and install new pre-fah metal water heater shed on new <br />concrete pad. Properly disconnect services to existing gas water <br />hea#er. Reconfigure existing gas and water lines to accommodate <br />relocation of water heater location to new water heater shed. <br />Relocate existing water heater to new shed. Supply and install new <br />gas and plumbing connections to water heater and restore to proper <br />working order. Includes proper venting aad new P/T overflow drain <br />line compah'ble with existing P/T valve, complete. Includes <br />accommodation for new expansion tank as provided in PLUMBING, <br />Item 3. Repair Kitchen floor where water hearer was remove to <br />restore to proper working~:order,vachiding use Owner-supplied floor <br />_ cover material to repair floor cover. All work to code. <br />3.
