Repair existing opening to <br />accommodate new drop-in access panel at same location. Existing <br />adjacent ceiling material to remain intact. <br />2. Carefully remove existing crown molding from ceiling/wall joints <br />throughout house. Remaining ceiling and wall materials to remain intact. <br />Supply and install new 112" sheetrock over existing ceilings throughout <br />house. Bathroom ceiling to have moisture-resistant sheetrock on ceiling. <br />Supply and install new wood crown mold throughout, large enough to <br />cover where existing was removed. Living Room to have natural wood <br />crown mold, all other rooms to have paint-grade crown mold. Sheetrock <br />to have smooth finish. AlI work to code. <br />K. SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br />1. Remove existing soil from right front corner of house to approximately G" <br />below exterior siding. Area of work extends from ~ right end of front <br />concrete porch slab across front of house to approximately 6' down right <br />side of house for a total of approximately 14'. For a distance of <br />approximately 5' away from front and right side of house, slope soil to <br />provide natural drainage swale around front right corner and away from <br />house. <br />III. BATHROOM <br />1. Remove existing floor cover and underlayment to subfloor, existing baseboard <br />to remain intact. NOTE: After existing floor cover and underlayment are is <br />removed, if further damage is discovered the Owner, Contractor and <br />Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review the work, determine a course of <br />action and, if necessary, a cost for any additional work. Prepare subfloor for <br />installation of new Juan underlayment and vinyl floor cover. Supply and <br />install new '/4" luaun underlayment properly secured with staples and with a <br />smooth top surface, and prepare for installation of new vinyl floor cover. <br />Supply and install new vinyl floor cover per Owner selection. Supply and <br />installed new white shoe mold adjacent to existing baseboard. Supply and <br />s~ <br />
