Remove existing front stone door for re-installation. Replace damaged wood <br />trim with new material to match existing as close as practical. On exterior <br />door trim, supply and install wood spacer overlays to create uniform face <br />plane and prepare for installation of aluminum coil stock. Supply and install <br />new white pre-finished aluminum coil over exposed wood trim around door. <br />Exposed finished edges of coil stock to have hemmed finish. All coil stock <br />bends to be done with metal brake. Supply and install new surface-mounted <br />weatherstripping on existing front door. Re-install existing storm door and <br />restore to proper working order. <br />2. Remove existing rear exterior door and door frame and prepare opening for <br />installation of new pre-hung exterior door. Supply and install new pre-hung <br />9-light metal insulated exterior door with aluminum threshold and <br />weatherstripping. Includes all hardware, keyed lockset and deadbolt, <br />complete. Where exterior wood frame, trim and sill are exposed, supply and <br />install pre-finished white aluminum coil stock to cover exposed wood <br />components, including wood spacers on existing components to create <br />uniform surfaces. Exposed finished edges of coil stock to have hemmed <br />finish. All coil stock bends to be done with metal brake. <br />3. Supply and install new vinyl-clad storm door on reaz exterior door with <br />pneumatic closure and security lock, complete. <br />D. WIlYDOWS & SCREENS <br />1. Remove five (5) existing exterior window awnings for reinstallation. Pressure <br />wash and clean seven {'~ window/door awnings in a manner to contain all <br />resulting debris. Repair existing awnings, siding and trim to restore to proper <br />working order and accommodate reinstallation of awnings. After window and <br />door containment work is complete reinstall window/door awnings at same <br />locations, complete <br />2. Remove twelve {12) existing windows and window frames to accommodate <br />installation of new vinyl replacement window insects. Supply and install new <br />double-hung, dual-pane vinyl replacement window inserts with full screen. <br />Where original exterior frame, .trim and sill are exposed, supply and install <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
