FOUNDATION <br />Remove existing crawlspace access panel 'and flaming on rear foundation <br />wall. Repair existing foundation wall to accommodate installation of new <br />access panel. Supply and install new framing and new access door framed <br />and cross-braced with 2 x 4 treated lumber and '/4" plywood face, galvanized <br />metal hinges, locking hasp and lock complete. <br />B. ROOF, SOFFIT & GUTTER/DOWNSPOUTS <br />1. Remove existing front porch awning roof and. columns far reinstallation. <br />Pressure wash and clean awning roof and columns in a manner to contain all <br />resulting debris. After front soffit and fascia containment work is complete <br />re-install existing columns and awning roof at same location in a manner to <br />accommodate installation of new gutter on front fascia. <br />• ~ <br />2. .Remove existing gutters and downspouts from house. Replace damaged rake <br />trim .and fascia on gables of house. Wrap rake trim and fascia on gables of <br />house with Tyvek. Replace damaged fascia on front and rear of house. Wrap <br />fascia on front and rear of house with Tyvek. Replace damaged soffit boxing <br />and soffit vent on front and rear of house. Wrap soffit boxing with Tyvek, <br />including installing Tyvek in a manner to maintain soffit venting. NOTE: <br />After removal work is complete, if further damage is discovered the Owner, <br />Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review the work, <br />determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost for any additional work. <br />Supply and install new pre-finished white aluminum coil stock over rake trim <br />and fascia on gables of house and on all other fascia of house. Exposed <br />finished edges of coil stock to have hemmed finish. All coil stock bends to be <br />done with metal brake. Supply and install new white vinyl vented soffit <br />material on existing front and rear soft of house, including all necessary j- <br />channel, transitions and trim, complete. Materials, style and color to match <br />existing as close as practical. Contractor to supply owner with written <br />warranty for materials and labor. <br />• <br />
