Properly disconnect existing plastic drain line from bathtub to accommodate <br />removal of bathtub and adjacent subfloor. Repair leak on bathtub drain line to <br />restore to proper working order. Supply and install temporary cap on drain <br />line to accommodate installation of new subfloor at same location. <br />S <br />2. Properly disconnect existing cast iron drain line from toilet to accommodate <br />removal of toilet and adjacent subfloor. Supply and install temporary cap on <br />drain line to accommodate installation of new subfloor at same location. <br /> <br />B. MECHANICAL <br />1. Remove existing damaged supply line from exterior unit to trunk line in <br />cra'wlspace. Remove existntg ducting from trunk line to register boots. <br />Remove existing registers. Remove casing of existing HVAC system to <br />expose coil and think line for inspection. Provide inspection of existing <br />HVAC unit and trunk line. for the presence of mold contamination. <br />2. Provide cleaning of existing HVAC unit and trunk line to remediate mold <br />contamination using non-toxic, disinfecting, mold-inhibiting solution. Supply <br />and install temporary cap-off on trunk line. <br />3. Disconnect environmental duct from dryer and remove enure duct through <br />termination at exterior wall. Provide temporary cover for remaining hole in <br />exterior wall. <br />C. GENERAL REPAIRS <br />1. Properly disconnect plumbing supply and drain .lines from Kitchen sink. <br />Remove existing countertop and backsplash. Remove existing base cabinet <br />for reinstallation, cabinet to remain intact, and inspect the exposed wall for <br />mold/moisture damage. Remove existing shoe mold, floor covering and <br />underlayment to subfloor in Kitchen/Nook. Remove existing baseboard <br />behind washer and dryer and in the pantry and inspect the walls for <br />mold/moisture damage.
