Provide temporary support for front porch roof cun~ently supported by <br />three existing metal columns. Remove three existing column supports <br />from front porch per Lead-based Paint Inspection Report/Risk <br />Assessment dated July 6, 2006. Remove existing handrails from both <br />sides of front steps. Remove existing soffit sheathing panel from front <br />lower soffit to verify underlying structure. NOTE: After removal <br />work is complete, if further damage is discovered the Owner, <br />Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review the work, <br />determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost for any additional <br />work. Supply and install new wood soffit sheathing at same location, <br />primed with oil-based primer. Supply and install three new painted <br />white wrought iron column supports at same locations, properly <br />secured and anchored, in a manner to accommodate installation of new <br />wrought iron railing on left end of porch and new wrought iron <br />• handrails on left and right sides of front steps, complete.
