All work complete. <br /> <br />4. Remove vines and other growth from exterior siding of house. Trim <br />height of shrub in front of house to 12" below eave. <br />II. KITCHEN <br />1. Remove existing wall-mounted fan above stove. Prepare wall above <br />existing stove to accommodate installation of new wall cabinet and ducted <br />range hood. Range hood to be ducted through new wall cabinet and <br />existing ceiling through roof to the exterior of the house. Ceiling <br />treatment to be moistened and contained where hole is cut far ducting to <br />not spread dust and debris. Supply and install new 30" wide wall cabinet. <br />New cabinet to be installed with top of cabinet flush with Kitchen ceiling. <br />Supply and install new duct chase through inside of new wall cabinet, <br />remaining space to have shelves. <br />2. Remove existing wall cabinets. Prepare existing wall for installation of <br />new base and wall cabinets. Supply and install approximately 9 l.f. of new <br />base cabinets and approximately lOl.f. of new wall cabinets, properly <br />secured with screws anchored into studs, including all necessary hardware, <br />drawer handles and door handles, complete. <br />~i <br /> <br />• <br />
