Supply and install new address numbers on exterior of house near front <br />door and visible from the street. <br />N. SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br />1. Supply and install underground drainpipe far gutter downspout on rear <br />corner of house adjacent to rear landing, to slope away from house and <br />around storage room terminate or "daylight" at least 10 l.f. down-slope <br />from downslope side of ramp. Includes trenching, direct connection from <br />gutter downspout to drainpipe, backfill, and restore trench areas to original <br />working order as. close as is practical. All connectors and drain pipe to be <br />solid flexible material. All work complete. <br />2. Supply and install landing and access ramp outside of rear exterior door, <br />including handrails, and one step to left of landing, constructed with <br />treated wood members, complete. Landing to be approximately 5' x 5' <br />clear space and constructed over existing concrete porch and have railings <br />• <br />
