Supply and install plumbing to accommodate new pressure reducing valve <br />and new shut-off valve in crawlspace within .3' of crawlspace access <br />panel. Supply and install new pressure reducing valve and new shut-off <br />valve, complete. <br />5. Secure existing hose faucet on front exterior wall to restore to proper <br />working order. Supply and install new anti-siphon devices on front and <br />rear hose faucets, complete. <br />E. ELECTRICAL <br />1. Maintain overhead service from street utility pole to house. Properly <br />disconnect and abandon existing electrical service. Remove existing sub- <br />• panel box. Supply and install new 200 AMP electrical service •to house <br />including new breaker panel, mast, w•eatherhead, and grounding at same <br />locations, complete. New mast and meter to be surface-mounted on <br />exterior of house. Work shall be performed in an efficient, workmanlike <br />manner so as to keep "down time" and temporary connections to a <br />minimum. Includes framing and sheetrock to fit new sub-panel box, <br />sheetrock blended to existing wall with smooth finish. Clean, prep and <br />prime entire wall, and supply and install finish interior flat latex paint to <br />match existing as close as practical, complete. Includes new circuits, <br />breakers and proper grounding, complete. Includes proper grounding for <br />existing and new outlets. Circuits and breakers to be clearly identified. <br />2. Separate and add circuits so as to alleviate overloaded circuits. HVAC, <br />refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, and water heater to be <br />each on separate circuits. <br />3. Re-secure existing exterior light fixture at front door to restore to proper <br />working order. <br />• <br />
