That the County accept the general contract of $x.0,100. <br />2. That the County reject the plumbing, heating and electrical <br />contracts as being too costly. <br />No additional action need to be taken at this time. The <br />plumbing heating and electrical work cannot start until the <br />building is errected. This can hardly happen before mi.d June. <br />$y that time we will be in a posa.tion to lmow what porti.an of <br />the project we can undertake to complete next year. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />We feel it is not practical to rebid the project. We are. <br />certain no secondary contractor will do the electrical, heating <br />and plumbing far less than we have proposed. The general contract` <br />is being offered ($1~O,100) at as law a figure as iae have been able <br />to secure from any building dealer. <br />~. Reject the entire project as being too costlyo <br />TIME LIMITATION <br />Bads on this project were opened March 30th and the general <br />contractor is bound by his proposal. for 30 days. April 29th is <br />the last day we can hold the contractor to the present proposal. <br />we have unless he agrees to an extension. : <br /> <br />
