This agreement is comprehensive and <br />has flexibility built into it. It should work for all County <br />applications. In all cases, the "tenant" should include all <br />adult persons who will reside at the Premises. We will need to <br />talk, on a lease by lease basis, about the notice required for <br />termination of the tenancy. The law requires a different number <br />of days notice depending on the term of the lease. Paragraph 14 <br />of the agreement speaks to a Rental~Application. I'recommend <br />there be a Rental Application on"file for each County owned <br />property leased for residential purposes and that no lease exist <br />iaithout an application by the tenant on file. I also recommend <br />lead-based paint disclosures and move-in inspection forms be <br />properly maintained for all residential tenancies. <br />I have included two copies of page one, one with the <br />"PREMISES" line completed for the Blackwood property which also <br />
