Agenda Item 13B: Land Title Records Advisory Committee The Chairman announced Mr. John W.'Coffey, representative of Chapel Hill Board of Realtors; had resigned from the Land Title Records Advisory Committee. The Chairman announced the Chapel Hilt Board of Realtors had been notified and would suggest a replacement for Mr. Coffey. Agenda Item 13C: Joint Planning Subcommittee Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit,. to send a letter to OWASA and Carrboro Board of Aldermen inviting an Alderman and Carrboro Planning Board member aiang with staff, when needed, and a member of the OWASA Board of Directors with a member of 01dASA's staff to participate in the Joint Planning Subcommittee with Criapel Hi1T and the County.
