Sexual Assault Awareness Month Proclamation <br /> The Board approved a proclamation, which is incorporated by reference, recognizing April as <br /> Sexual Assault Awareness Month in Orange County and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> e. Proclamation Recognizing Kick Butts Day <br /> This item was removed and placed at the end of the consent agenda for separate <br /> consideration. <br /> f. Renewal of Consolidated Agreement Between Health Department and NC Department <br /> of Health and Human Services <br /> The Board approved the annual consolidated agreement between the NC Department of <br /> Health and Human Services and the Orange County Health Department, which provides State <br /> and Federal funds to the Health Department to partially support mandated services and <br /> authorized the Chair to sign pending final review by the County Attorney. <br /> Renewal of Urban Curbside Recycling Services Contract <br /> The Board approved the contract addendum with Waste Industries to continue the provision of <br /> Urban Curbside Recyclable Materials Collection Services and authorized the Chair to sign the <br /> agreement, subject to final review by staff and the County Attorney. <br /> h.
