32 <br />Blackwood Farm @ New Hope <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North. Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to stabilize and preserve structures <br />located at the Blackwood Farm. Proceeds from the 2004 Two-Thirds Net Debt <br />Bonds and the County's share of pay-as-you-go capital funds finance this project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within <br />the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2008-09 <br />FY 2009-10 Through FY <br />2009-10 <br />Sales Tax and Dedicated <br />Property Tax <br />$150,000 <br />$215,000 <br />$365,000 <br />Bond Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />2004 Two Tf~rds Net Debt $75,000 $0 $75,000 <br />Grant Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />Fees $0 $0 $0 <br />Other $0 $0 $0 <br />Total Funding $225,000 $21.5,000 $440,000 <br />Section 4. This ordinance supersedes previous Blackwood Farm Structure Stabilization <br />Capital Project Ordinances for Orange County Government. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall remain in effect until June 30, 2010. <br />Adopted this 2nd day of June 2009. <br />
