31 <br />Animal Services Facility <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized funds site acquisition and construction of a new County <br />Animal Services facility. The new facility will co-locate Animal Shelter, Animal <br />Control, and Administration at one facility located on Eubanks Road in Chapel <br />Hill. The facility is scheduled to open June 1, 2009. Proceeds from sales tax <br />reimbursements, two-thirds net debt reduction bonds and private placement debt <br />will finance this project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within <br />the budget contained herein: <br />Section 3.
