ementati on <br />Town staff to facilitate dialogue about annexation with the residents <br />through the work group established in action C. <br />G: Town Council to establish a Community Preservation Steering Committee to <br />assess the feasibility of restoring the historically significant buildings of the <br />Rogers Road study area, preserving the cemetery, and addressing other <br />issues of historical significance. <br />H: The Town staff to host a development information workshop at which town <br />staff, developers, and property owners could discuss market trends and <br />potential development options. <br />The Town staff to work with residents to identify appropriate sites for a <br />community garden project in the Rogers Road area. <br />The Town should explore options similar to the Homestead Exemption that would <br />enable current property owners, particularly long -time residents, Habitat <br />residents, and descendants of the Historic Community, to retain ownership of <br />their property. <br />
