One vacancy presently exists on the Carrboro Loard of <br />Adjustment. This appointment was deferred. <br />B. The tertn of Alfred Barbes on the Carrbor Board of Adius±- <br />mert. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner -'inney, seconded by Commissioner <br />Gustaveson, it was moved and adopted that Alfred Barbee be resppointed <br />to the Carrboro Hoard of Adjustment for a three year term and to expire <br />Dc tok~"er,' 197$• <br />Chairman Garrett read a letter from Carrboro Interim Town <br />llanage.r, Phillip Whitaker, Said letter requested that Art Cleary <br />be appointed on a temporary heals for a period from January, 1976 to <br />July, 197b,.during the absence of ,^?argaret Stumpf, <br />Upon motion of Corrr-rissioner Pinney, seconded by Commissioner <br />Gustaveson, it was moved and adopted that Art Cleary be appointed to <br />the Carrboro Board of Adjustrrient for a temporary period of six months <br />during the absence of Margaret Stumpf. <br />C. Two vacancies will exist on the Crange County Board of <br />Adjustment as the terms of i'?r, Eddie Mann and Mr. r~alph Dennis will <br />expire on February 5th. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Gustaveson, secor:.ed bar Commissioner <br />Finney, it was moved and adopted that ATancy :.aszlp be appointed as a <br />full member of the Drange County Board of Adjustment and that Mary <br />'rdhitted be appointed as first alternate to the Drange County Board of <br />Adjustment. , <br />D, One vacancy exists on the Durham-Orange County Maapower <br />Council as i~Ir. Sherman Shelton has resigned. <br />This appointment was deferred until the new AES employee begins <br />work in ,'March. <br />E.
