OSHA safeh~. radiological safeh• and 2au~te use. and erosicin control implementation:. <br />PROPOSED PROJECT PERSONNEL <br />Summit ~~ill assign Mr. Don Deg+ey, a Professional Engineer with over 17 years of relevant experience to <br />serve as the project manager for this project. He will coordinate all testing activities includin; providing <br />specific instructions to Summit personnel. reviewing all Geld reports for accuracy and completeness. <br />resolvin, anv questions or problems as they develop. and preparing summary reports of observation and <br />testing actin hies at regular intervals. <br />Summit. will assign an engineering technician who has extensive experience with this type of building • <br />construction. The technician assigned to the project becomes a key project team player and should be able <br />to make expedient acid appropriate recommendations that could otherwise holdup construction activities. <br />Summit Consulting Engineers µ~ill provide the specified construction materials testing from our local <br />office located in Hillsborough. North Carolina. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Based upon our experience on similar projects, the services Summit expects to provide would include but <br />not be limited to the followine work elements: earthwork foundations. cast-in-place concrete, structural <br />steel and fireproofing. Our primary objective is to verify that the work is performed and installed in <br />accordance with the project documents. <br />Soils/Earthwork: <br />I . Obsen~ation of proofrolling activities prior to till placement and providin_, recommendations <br />for unstable or unsuitable soils. if encountered. <br />'_. Continuous observation and density testing during soil/slime fill placement. <br />;. Ohtaining soil and stone samples far laboratory testing including soil classitication.
