Commissioner Pinney requested the Finance Director to submit a ~~J4 <br />report as to the cost of the task forces, the staff work involved and <br />suggested that a budget for these task forces be considered and that <br />the Board would limit the number of task forces appointed at any <br />one time. <br />Discussion ensued. Preliminary Plat for Timberline: This subdivision lies south <br />of Weaver Dairy Road and consists of 62 lots each in excess of <br />40,000 square feet. The Planning Board approved this plat on <br />December 16, 1975• This plat has been reviewed by the Chapel Hill <br />Planning Staff and their comments incorporated into this preliminary <br />draft. You have been provided with minutes of the Orange County <br />Planning Board's December 16th proceedings that dealt with this <br />property. <br />Chris Edwards, Assistant Planning Officer reviewed the problems <br />that the Planning Board foresaw with this particular subdivision.
