All Precast Concrete has been deleted from the scraps of work and replaced with the site <br />brick. It requested by the Owner, the precast Concrete may be added to the Cull's scope <br />of work later. <br />2. AS Part of ft VE Options taken, Toz copper flashing has been deleted from the scope of <br />work and replace with PVC flashing. <br />3. A 4° bloc� wall has been added, to the exterior wall in the locker rooms at the lea rink (See <br />VE Options taken). <br />DIVIslo" 5* Steel <br />I The Proposal includes Structural Steel construction as Indicated by the documents. Wide <br />Flange beams at the HVAC units have been replaced with bar jolsts (See VE Options <br />taken). friformaflan vAl need to be provided by the structural engineer -far the placement of <br />to <br />the HVAC units and wplg* associated with these units given to the jotist supp Hor be <br />incorporated into the joist design. <br />Divislorn 7, Thermal & Moisture Protection <br />The Proposal replaces the 45 mil bailasted. single ply SPDM roofing membrane as <br />specified with a45 White TPO roof system (See VE Options taken). All Aluminum copirlog <br />have been deleted and replaced with 24 ga Kynar coated steel flashing and sheet metals. <br />The new steel structure shall be sloped to achleve drainage. <br />Division 9: Finishes <br />1. The Proposal excludes ERgIneeTing of metal stud framing systems as it is anticipated that <br />all engineering and design shall be provided by the Owner. <br />2. Two layers of SIX sheetrock has been added to the exterior wall at the mezzanine area <br />(See VE Options taikeq) <br />DiVISIon IQ.' Specialties <br />The Proposal includes exterior alurnlnurn canopies and sunscreens. The design is bated <br />on Peachtree systems product and dei ign to meet the intent presented In the &Mrnents. <br />The finish to those systems will be natural anodized aluminum as selected In the VE <br />Options. <br />
