If a coURW 8 * hould arise between the Contract Documents and <br />this Attachment, this Aftchment shall dominate. <br />General Clarifications <br />The Proposal is used an the Bid Documents prepared by the Designer of Record and <br />presented In ft Document List <br />2, The Proposal Is based on a. mutually acceptable form of agreement between the Owner <br />and the OM with mutually acceptable term and/or language for General Concritions., <br />Supplementary General Coâ–ºdftions, and Speclof Conditions. <br />3. The Proposal includes a Construction Contingency, This contingency is available to the <br />CM for-any unantiolpated scope items or misunderstandings of scope by the CM and its <br />Subcontractors. It is not the intent (bat the contingent/ be availablefor adding scope into <br />the project orfor unforeseen or concealed condition& At agreed upon intervals during <br />constmotion, the GM will review the coftfirtgency amourit and the progress of The project <br />and may, at his discretion, make available to the Owner a portion of this contingency.
