<br />diagrams. A list of the Drawings is contained in the Supplemental General Conditions.

<br />Field Order - A written order issued by the Designer which clarifies or interprets the
<br />Contract Documents or orders minor changes in the Work in accordance with the Contract
<br />Documents. See paragraph 14.3of these General Conditions.

<br />Final Completion - The point at which the Contractor has, as determined by the Designer,
<br />completed the Work, with the exception of guaranty and warranty obligations, and becomes
<br />endded, upon the recommendation of the CK8AR and the Designer and determination by
<br />the Owner, to final payment.

<br />complete, in place and ready for service.

<br />Master Schedule - The OMAR shall prepare and maintain o Master Schedule for the
<br />Project. The Master Schedule ahoU specify the proposed start and finish dates for each
<br />major project activity including all design and construction activities. The Master Schedule

<br />revised and updated to include key activities from the approved Contractor's Construction
<br />Schedu|e, as described in the Contract Oooumenty, including proposed start and finish

<br />123 Modification - (A) a written amendment to the Contract Documents signed by the CMAR
<br />and the Contractor and identified therein as such, (B) a Change Order, (C) Construction
<br />Change Directive, or (D) a Field Order. A Modification may only be issued after execution
<br />of the Agreement.
<br />1.24 Notice - The term "notice" or "written notice" as used herein shall mean and include all
<br />written notices, demands, instructions, and claims approvals and dimappn)vo|e furnished by
<br />the CK8AR. the Owner or the Designer to obtain compliance with the requirements of the
<br />Contract Dooummnts, as well as all written notices, demonda, instructions and claims
<br />furnished by the Contractor an required by the Contract Documents. Where notice is
<br />required under the terms of the Contract Donumentn, written nmboo ohoU always be
<br />naqu|ned, and oral or "constructive" notice shall be insufficient and ineffective as notice.
<br />Email or other electronic delivery shall be insufficient and Ineffective as notice uniaee
<br />specifically allowed by the Supplementary Conditions or YNmddiced|nn tn the Agreement.
<br />Written notice shall be deemed to have been duly served on the date that it is delivered in
<br />person tothe individual ortoa member ofthe firm, bomn officer of the corporation for whom
<br />it is |ntanded, to an authorized representative of such ind|vidua|, bnn' or corporation, or on
<br />the date that it is mailed by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed
<br />to the last business address of such individual, firm, or corporation known to the person
<br />giving the notice. Written notice may also be given by facsimile transmission, provided that
<br />proof ofdelivery is obtained. In the case of delivery in person, such delivery shall not be
<br />effective unless and until a written and signed receipt showing the date and time of delivery
<br />is obtained.
