PURPOSE <br />i <br />The Department of Crime Control and Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management <br />(Division of EM) and Orange County, will enter into an agreement to provide funding for ~ <br />equipment will be used on-scene by first responders and state personnel to prepare fora - <br />threatened or actual 1NNID or domestic terrorist attacks, major disasters, and other emergencies <br />to protect human life, property, and the environment. <br />1tII.
