19 <br />• Sales Agreement <br />THIS SALES AGREEMENT dated this day of August, 2007 <br />BETWEEN: <br />Wireless Communications, Inc. of 4800 Reagan Drive, Charlotte, <br />Mecklenburg County, North Carolina 28206 <br />(the 'Seller') <br />OF THE FIRST PART <br />Orange County, PO Box 8181, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278 <br />(the 'Purchaser') <br />OF THE SECOND PART <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF THE COVENANTS and agreements contained in this <br />Sales Agreement, the parties to this Agreement agree as follows: <br />• Sale of Goods <br />1. The Seller will sell, transfer and deliver to the Purchaser the following goods and <br />services (the 'Goods') no later than 120 days from date of contract signing. A <br />detailed equipment list is included in the attached statement of work. <br />Spectracom NetClock/GPS Synchronized Master Clock. <br />24 x 7 Maintenance of the NetClock. <br />The Seller will commence Project Management, R56 Grounding Upgrade, and <br />Console Relocation Services upon receipt of written notice to proceed from <br />Orange County. <br />Purchase Price <br />2. The Purchaser will accept the Goods and pay for the Goods with the sum of fifty <br />two thousand seven hundred thirty three dollars and fifty one cents ($52,733.51) <br />USD. <br />Spectracom NetClock $ 10,733.51 <br />
