Any cost and expenses incurred by and in conjunction with this transaction to be borne by the Town of Carrboro, said purchase value being that the amount of $2,755.65." Upon motion of Commissioner Pinney, seconded by Commissioner Whitted, it was moved and adopted that the Resolution to convey to the Town of Carrboro the two parcels of land on Starlight Drive far the sum of $2,755.65. The Chairman proceeded to sign the Resolution.
