This <br />_ action will be taken at the Aecember 16, 1975 meeting. <br />The Chairman referred to Item #12 on the Agenda: Tom Ward, Social <br />Services Director, to advise the Board of County Commissioners of: <br />(A) The State Social Services Board's proposal to Federal Court that <br />would require the addition of seven additional Elegibility workers <br />to his staff. <br />P4r. The <br />Program must be in place by July, 1976, and Mr. Ward is to make monthly <br />progress reports to the State concerning advancement towarding meeting <br />the new standards. The program would cost the County between $27,000. <br />and $28,000.00 per year. <br />Mr. Ward referred to Item 12-8: To dispose of County Social <br />Services Department's request for eight additional case workers. He <br />referred to the above inserted breakdown of the previously made request <br />for Social Workers and Support Staff. <br />
