EXHIBIT "C" <br />ORANGE COUNTY SOLID WASTE OPERATIONS CENTER <br />~~ NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br />Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Orange at the Orange County Purchasing Office, 129 East King <br />Street, Hillsborough NC, until September 13.2007 @ 2:00 pm and immediately thereafter publicly opened and <br />read for the famishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of <br />Orange County Solid Waste Operations Center <br />9,100 sf wood framed one story building boated directly West of the Orange County Landfill <br />offof Eubanks Road. <br />Bids will be received for Single Prime. Ail proposals shall be lump sum. Bidders choosing to dq so may mail bids <br />to the Orange County Purchasing Office, 129 East King Street, PO $ox 8181, Hillsborough, NC 27278, to be r~ <br />ceived prior to the bid date and time. Bids received after the appointed date and time will be returned to the bidder <br />unopened. <br />.
