They feel their service is a legacy <br /> they have left the county. And, in turn, they appreciate all that the county does <br /> for them. <br /> Health insurance purchasing power limited for 7 I=TEs. No economies of <br /> scale exist with purchasing insurance for seven people. Additional tax dollars <br /> would be used to purchase health and retirement benefits.
