JOCCA offers the following services (1) nutrition and aging; (2) <br /> self-sufficiency services; (3) job training and employment; (4) community based assistance and <br /> teen court for youth offenders; and (5) energy conservation/weatherization and heating <br /> assistance. <br /> KidSGope $75,550 <br /> KidSCope is an early intervention program that offers services 'to young children who are <br /> experiencing social, emotional, and/or behavioral difficulties. Main service components include <br /> individual play therapy with children, customized counseling and education for families, <br /> technical assistance and training for childcare providers, service coordination and a therapeutic <br /> preschool program. <br /> Literacy Council $111475 <br /> The Orange County Literacy Council (OCLC) provides tuition-free instruction to adults who want <br /> to improve their skills in reading, writing, basic math and/or computer-based literacy.
