~ M <br />. j <br />Any possible conflict of interest shall be disclosed by the person or persons concerned <br />to his/her immediate supervisor, who will then process the information through the <br />appropriate management channels. <br />Violation <br />Violation of this policy shall be considered unacceptable personal conduct as provided <br />in the Disciplinary Action, Suspension and Dismissal Policy. Such a violation may be <br />grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. <br />*Immediate family as defined by the State Personnel Manual includes spouses, parents, siblings, <br />children, grandparents, grandchildren, and step-, half- and in-law relations of this same list. Restrictions <br />may also include others living within the employee's household or otherwise so closely identified with the <br />employee as to suggest the potential for an ethical conflict. <br />
