The other items are referring to the agenda for the next meeting. Let's talk about the <br />costs. There was some information in there, but we need to be more clear about the <br />implications of the water and sewer and the costs of water and sewer. <br />Gayle Wilson That information has been provided by OWASA to the Chapel Hill Task <br />Force and I have a copy of that and will provide it for the next meeting. <br />Moses Carey We may still want to have somebody here that can answer questions. <br />Now the next one <br />There was confusion about whether water and sewer were included in the material from <br />OWASA, but Moses Carey said someone from OWASA will be there to answer <br />questions about both water and sewer. They do that every day and I am sure they will <br />have information available. <br />Neloa Jones Expressed the concern about how the landfill has impacted the value of her <br />property. <br />There was a discussion about how that is done and whether it could be done. If anyone <br />knows someone that could do that, Moses Cary requested he be contacted. <br />Moses Carey Requested whether there were any other items that need to be discussed in <br />the next meeting. <br />Jeannie Stroud Expressed a concern about seeing some results of the Taskforce <br />meetings. <br />Valerie Foushee Indicated that part of the waiting is waiting for people who are not here <br />at this meeting. <br />Moses Cary Requested everyone come to the next meeting so that we can finalize the <br />list.
