Commissioner Jacobs asked Geof Gledhill if the Planning staff goes onto property <br /> without permission for elevation assessments and Geof Gledhill said no, but they only respond <br /> to permit requests. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Nelson to <br /> adjourn the public hearing until April 21, 2009 to receive the Planning Board recommendations <br /> and any submitted written comments. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 2.
