If it can be officially verified in writing to us, then we can plan <br />ahead. We will still be making the request for funding upon completion of my final <br />cost report within the next week. It will not be less than $100,000. We will still <br />have renovation, repairs, and transition cost at our new proposed site in Carrboro <br />that we have to complete in order to meet our needs. The delay allows us more time <br />to get the work done and to raise some more funds. As mentioned, my understanding is still that CSPU6 will not have <br />to relocate until the fall of 2010, not 2009. But I do want to make sure I <br />understand what this means to CSPU6 in the interim - Do you intend to revise <br />your application to request a reduced amount for certain expenses in the <br />upcoming "transitional" year, or will you be retracting your application <br />entirely? Pls let me know or give me a call since the County doesn't wish to <br />leave you hanging and we want to know what for sure to report to the BOCC <br />in the Manager's recommended budget.
