Customer or Member County is in all events responsible for any postage costs or other mailing and <br />handling-related costs incurred by Caremark in connection with the provision of Services or additional services, except as <br />to costs associated with standard Consumer Card Program materials that are shipped by bulls mail to Customer or Member <br />County. <br />Taxes. It is the understanding of the parties that Participating Pharmacies shall collect from Participates all applicable <br />taxes for Covered Items, and that Caremark is not liable for the payment of applicable taxes.
