M. Sessoms, Attorney for Curtis <br />Banes and wife. Mr. .Sessoms informed the Board that in 1970 his <br />clients requested that their property located in Eno Township be rezoned <br />to accompany 150 mobile homes. Approval was denied. In 1972, the <br />Banes reapplied by reducin.~ the number of mobile homes to 50 and aouroval <br />was granted on the condition that a Recreation Area be provided. The <br />Banes have met all of the requirements set forth'in 1972, however, are <br />only now able to procede with their plans and now the Zoning Ordinances <br />have cranged and the Banes are told that they cannot use the same plans <br />that they proposed to use in 1972 due to the changes in the Zoning <br />Ordinances. <br />Mr. Sessoms was told that his clients should go back to the <br />Planning Board. The'Planning Board will review and inform the Board <br />of Commissioners of their findings. <br />"' Chairman Garrett referred to Item #9 on the Agenda: (Plats) <br />A. Carl B. Sparrow: (Planning Board approved this item on July <br />21, 1975). <br />Mr. Edwards stated t]1at both lots of the Sparrow property now abutt <br />on a 60 foot road. <br />Upon mption of Commissioner Whitted, seconded by Commissioner Pinney, <br />it was moved and adopted that the preliminary plat be approved. <br />
